The Congregation of Holy Cross continued its strong run of recent Ordinations to the Priesthood, with three more over the past several weeks, including two in Haiti and one in Mexico.

The first of the three to be ordained were Fr. Jose Etnour Lainé, C.S.C., and Fr. Rigolex Doréus, C.S.C., from the Province of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Haiti. Their Ordinations were on December 30, 2023, with the Most Rev. Launay Saturné, Archbishop of Cap-Haitien, presiding at the Ordination Mass.

The Ordinations were held at Notre Dame d'Altagrâce Parish in Fort Saint Michel du Cap-Haitien, which is Fr. Jose’s home parish. Around 30 Holy Cross religious took part in the ceremony and were joined by other religious and parishioners, as well as the friends and families of the two ordinandi.

After the end of the ceremony, a festive meal was served in the courtyard of Collège Notre Dame du Perpétuel Secours.
